The business problem
Keepers needed customers to book a cleaner by the hour in a few taps, and one operator to run dispatch, payments and support without a back office.
That meant a full system rather than a website: something that takes a booking, finds a free keeper, takes the payment and keeps every party informed.
What we built
- Customer app and websiteBook housekeeping, event helpers or building cleaning by the hour, in Arabic or English, on iOS, Android or the web.
- Keeper appKeepers get their jobs and schedule in their own app.
- DispatchNew bookings go out to available keepers in waves until one accepts, so the operator isn't assigning every job by hand.
- PaymentsCliQ transfers and card payments, with cancellations and refunds handled by rules instead of by hand.
- Operator panelOne place to see every order, keeper, payment and support case.
- InfrastructureContainerised deployment with monitoring and backups, run by us.
